The Little Hands Book Bank was created to provide North Texas families with a way to give new life to their gently-used children's books by passing them on to other children in the community. The costs associated with collecting books is minimal. However, we do have ongoing expenses related to climate-controlled storage space for books, tote bags to hold the individual libraries, and supplies for cleaning and preparing the books for their new owners.

If you have gently-used books and would like to arrange a drop-off, please use the Contact Us form. Checks made out to Little Hands Book Bank can be mailed to our office. Online donations can be made through our Facebook page. Contributions of all sizes are sincerely appreciated.

Send Us Supplies

All of our books are cleaned for their new owners. This includes removing residue from price tags and stickers, erasing pencil marks and covering up names written in ink. Purchases from our Amazon Wish List are shipped directly to our office.

Buy New Books

Every child should know the joy of opening a brand new book. If you'd like to donate new books, our wish lists include a selection of board books, favorite stories, and Spanish-language titles. Books purchased from our Amazon Wish List and through Bookshop are shipped directly to us.
